Grow-container manufacturer · Dresden
Prospects compare renting, buying and leasing a grow container — with a P&L including depreciation and the payback period. A recurring sales question became a self-service tool on the website.

A B2B shop that automatically syncs an existing WooCommerce catalogue and adds customer-specific pricing — plus an internal 3D room-planning tool, currently in development.

2021 – 2023
Cannavigia
First employee and product owner for medical-cannabis operators: specification, UX and process design, acceptance and customer implementation. Plus a transaction-monitoring solution for the Swiss cannabis pilot projects and a reusable QMS template framework.
2022 – 2024
Alpine Biolabs
Design of sample-traceability and certificate workflows for a plant lab offering pathogen testing as well as tissue culture and clones.
04 Why me
Most software projects don't fail because of the code, but because of the translation between the business side and development. With me, that translation step disappears: I analyse the process, write the specification, build the tool and train your team.
Especially in regulated and technical environments this makes the difference — a batch, a release or an audit trail are not abstract data fields to me.
Studied at DHBW Mosbach; IT internal audit at the Lidl/Kaufland group (2016 – 2018). Controls, permissions and clean data flows are standard equipment.
Cannavigia: gathering, prioritising and accepting requirements — and implementing the result at the customer.
Horticultural sciences (HTW Dresden) and GACP/GMP projects: I know what traceability and documentation mean on the production floor.

Flexibly — in your own environment, or Research Gardens takes over hosting and ongoing operation for you, including updates, monitoring and backups. Data storage where you need it.
That depends on the scope. After the process analysis you get an effort estimate; the click prototype comes early in the project, followed by releases in short cycles. A focused configurator is live much faster than an ERP module.
Yes — via APIs, webhooks or data imports: shop systems such as WooCommerce, accounting, existing ERP systems, Excel/CSV. Where no interface exists, we plan a clean interim solution.
